NIGHTINGALE

Nightingale Glade sits at the edge of our rewilding field, tucked under the shade of an old oak tree. From here you can watch the sun set behind the castle and, after dark, enjoy some of the best stargazing on site. It’s a peaceful hideaway with its own cold plunge bath and deck, plus a private mains water supply – ideal for those who like a little extra comfort while still being immersed in nature. Deer, foxes, and hedgehogs are often seen here, and pairs of whitethroats nest close by in the bramble emerging within the field.
